These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EasyToFind platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our mission is to connect you with trusted local service providers, freelancers, and businesses — but your safety and informed decisions are our priority. Please read carefully.
1. Platform Role Discovery Only
EasyToFind is a discovery platform. We connect you with independent service providers (plumbers, drivers, tutors, freelancers, etc.), but we do not employ, endorse, or supervise them. The agreement for any work or transaction is strictly between you and the provider. We facilitate introductions — not employment relationships.
2. Service Verification & Due Diligence
As a customer, you are responsible for verifying the identity, credentials, licenses, and expertise of any service provider before they enter your home, vehicle, or begin a task. We encourage you to review profiles, ratings, and ask for references. EasyToFind does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by third parties.
3. “Service First, Payment Later” Policy
For your protection, never pay for a service in full before the work is completed and inspected. We strongly advise that you only pay after satisfactory delivery. EasyToFind is not responsible for any money lost due to advance payments made outside this principle. Disputes regarding payments must be resolved directly between you and the provider.
4. Direct Communication & Scope Clarity
When you contact a provider, be clear about your requirements, timeline, and pricing expectations. EasyToFind is not liable for misunderstandings, disputes regarding the scope of work, or price disagreements. We encourage you to keep all communication within our platform for safety records.
5. Financial Privacy — Never Share Sensitive Data
Never share your OTP, Bank Details, UPI PIN, credit card CVV, or any financial passwords with any service provider. Our platform and legitimate providers will never ask for this information. If anyone requests such details, cease communication and report immediately via our “Report” system.
6. Personal Safety for Home Visits
For home-based services (repairs, cleaning, installations), ensure a family member, friend, or another adult is present during the appointment. Always check the provider’s official ID or badge before allowing access to your property. Your safety is paramount — trust your instincts.
7. Customer Verification & Inspection Responsibility
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to personally inspect and verify any product, good, or service before finalizing a deal. Whether purchasing an item or hiring a professional, you must confirm quality, authenticity, and completeness before making the final decision.
8. Secure Payments — After Satisfaction
We strongly advise completing payments only after the product is delivered, the service is performed to your satisfaction, and you’ve inspected the results. Escrow or milestone-based payments are recommended for large projects.
9. OTP Delivery & Security
Currently, all OTP (One-Time Password) messages for EasyToFind are sent through our service partner VR Smart Card. In the future, OTP messages may be sent directly under the EasyToFind company name. Users are advised never to share their OTP with anyone — for any reason. Our team will never ask for your verification code.
10. Direct Deals & Best Pricing
You communicate directly with the provider or seller, ensuring transparency, no hidden commissions, and the best possible pricing. We empower you to negotiate terms directly while maintaining a safe environment.
11. Data Privacy — Keep Your Secrets Safe
Keep your OTPs, PINs, bank details, and UPI credentials absolutely private. EasyToFind will never request your sensitive financial information. Any message or call asking for such details is fraudulent; please report it immediately.
12. Location Access — Better Local Matches
Enabling location services allows us to show you the most relevant local experts, businesses, and city-specific savings near you. You can control location permissions in your device settings. Your precise location is never shared with third parties without consent.
13. Community Safety — Report Suspicious Behavior
Use our built-in “Report” system to flag any suspicious behavior, fraudulent listings, harassment, or safety concerns. Together we keep the EasyToFind community secure. We investigate all reports and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
EasyToFind acts solely as a technology intermediary. We are not a party to any agreement between users and service providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyToFind (including its affiliates, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our platform, transactions, or interactions with third-party providers. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the parties involved. However, we are committed to assisting in good-faith resolution and can mediate based on platform records.
