Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form).
• Google sign-in: if you use it, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.
• Shop details: everything you enter about your business, including address, phone number, opening hours and social links. You publish this yourself and it is intended to be public.
• Uploads: logos, banners, product and offer images, and videos.
• Payment records: amounts, dates, invoice numbers and the reference IDs returned by our payment gateway.

When someone opens a shop page we record the time, the IP address, the browser user agent and the referring website. This exists to count views accurately and to detect artificially inflated traffic.

We do not build advertising profiles from this, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other shop owners. Shop owners see aggregate counts, not individual visitor records.

We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway, and your card details are entered directly on their secure form. We store only the payment reference, the amount and the status.

• To create and run your account and publish your page — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To bill accurately and issue GST invoices — a legal obligation.
• To detect fraud and abusive traffic — our legitimate interest in running the service fairly.
• To answer your support enquiries.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.
• Our hosting provider — stores the application and database.
• Government authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.

Anything you publish on your shop page is visible to anyone with the link. That is its purpose.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a CSRF token cookie to protect forms from forgery, and, where repeat-view throttling is enabled, a session marker so a returning visitor is not billed twice within the configured window. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Account and shop data: while your account is open, then up to 90 days after closure.
• Payment and invoice records: eight years, as required by Indian tax law.
• Visitor view logs: 24 months, after which only aggregate counts remain.
• Contact form messages: 24 months.

You may ask us to:

• show you the personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything inaccurate;
• delete your account and associated data, subject to the tax retention above;
• provide your data in a portable format.

Passwords are hashed, forms are CSRF protected, and uploads are validated by type and size. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

The service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
